Grande GLEN INNES & Insightful INVERELL (New Years Eve !!!)

Greetings Viewers. Today was the tale of TWO TOWNS - Glen Innes and Inverell (Populations of 8,873 & 16,936). The first just a mere 99km from Armidale and the second another 67km west. Glen Innes is very classic and known as the "Celtic City" - many very well kept old buildings from the late 1800s and famous for the Australian version of Stonehenge !!! Glen Innes is also famous for its HUGE fresh strawberries and cream even though there is NO Wimbledon here!!! Inverell on the other hand still has similar classic buildings but is known as the "Sapphire City" with prospecting still going on and the highlight is Copeton Lake just 20km south and the size of 3 Sydney Harbours !!! Bundy, Leo and I enjoyed a great New Years Party at the RSL here consuming 400g Rump steaks at a mere $30 each !!! Enjoy these NSW twin towns...
